Welcome to Fieldhouse Community Inc. (“Fieldhouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, and materials, including participation in Fieldhouse-hosted gatherings.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enroll in our programs.

1. Participation and Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Children may participate under the supervision of a parent or host, and all information provided about minors must be submitted by a legal guardian.

2. Payments and Pricing

Each participant pays a flat fee of $300 for the six-week Fieldhouse experience. This fee includes materials, access to the digital host dashboard, and support resources. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

All Fieldhouse materials, content, guides, branding, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Fieldhouse Community Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the scope of an authorized Fieldhouse experience without prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully with their host and fellow attendees. Fieldhouse reserves the right to revoke access or refuse service to individuals who violate community guidelines, disrupt gatherings, or misuse materials.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a Fieldhouse experience in cases of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund where appropriate.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Participation in Fieldhouse programs is voluntary and at your own risk. Fieldhouse is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during gatherings hosted by independent hosts.
